GAME ON EXPO 2024 : Junior Open Showcase Challenge

Competition Time: 4-6pm

Venue: Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Lvl 2, Main Concourse

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Only aged below 18 are able to join the competition.
2. All dance style are allowed. Participants can join either solo or group.
3. ALL participants shall fill up all the details in the registration form provided by the Organiser.
4. The organiser reserves the rights to disqualify any participants if they do not follow the rules and regulations.
5. There is no registration fee but a RM 5O deposit will be collected from each team (will be returned within one week after the event ). Please take note that the deposit will not be returned back if the team does not show up that day/ sudden request to quit participation.Deposit shall be returned during the event itself.
6. Maximum 25 members in a group.
7. The competition will be on the floor with 20 x 13 feet of floor sticker as the “stage”.
8. Each participant is allowed to join a maximum of two teams only.
9. There will be no rehearsals.
10. Teams are allowed to exchange their  order.

*Teams shall exchange with other teams at their own discussion, but must inform the Organiser about the final decision one week before the competition.

10. Change of members shall be requested within 7 days of registration and subject to the Organiser’s approval.

1. Performance duration should be capped at a maximum of 5 minutes.
2. Each should submit competition songs in mp3 format before 26 June 2024 via email to onp@segi.edu.my.
3. Crew must bring along a USB flash drive of recorded music to keep a back-updevice available at all times for use.
4. NO racism is allowed in this competition.
5. As the competition is for educational purposes, participants are not allowed to wear revealing clothing during the competition.
6. Usage of props is allowed with prior approval from the organiser (chair, hat,bag,etc.). However, there are limitations such as powder, gels, glitter, confetti, aerosols or liquid are strictly not allowed.
7. The Organiser reserves the rights to use any photography and videography, recordings or any other media records produced by the organiser during the event for any legitimate and/or lawful purpose including but not limited to any commercial advertisement, publicity and marketing of similar events.
8. The Organiser WILL NOT hold any responsibility for any injuries that happen during the Competition.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without prior notice.
10. The decision of the panel judges will be deemed final. No correspondence or further discussion will be entertained

1. 此比赛只公开给年龄小于18岁参赛。
2. 此比赛不限制舞种。参赛者可以个人或组合参赛。
3. 所有参赛者须填写主办方提供的报名表格的所有详情。
4. 如参赛者不遵守规则和规定，主办方保留取消其参赛资格的权利。
5. 不收取报名费，但每队需缴交 RM 50 押金（将在活动后一周内退还）。请注意，如果队伍当天未到场或临时要求退出参赛，押金将不予退还。比赛当天，押金将会被退回
6. 每组最多25人。
7. 比赛将在 20 x 13 英尺的地贴上帖子，作为“舞台”。
8. 每位参赛者最多可加入两个团队。
9. 将不会进行任何排练或彩排。
10. 队伍之间允许交换比赛出场顺序。 *队伍之间须自行商议交换顺序，并必须将最终决定在比赛一个礼拜前告知主办方。
11. 更换成员须在报名后7天内提出申请，并须经主办方批准。
12. 表演时长应限制在最多5分钟内。
13. 每组需在2024年6月26日前以mp3格式通过电子邮件提交比赛歌曲至 onp@segi.edu.my。
14. 参赛团队需随身携带已录制音乐的USB闪存盘，以备不时之需。
15. 竞赛中严禁任何种族歧视行为。
16. 由于比赛是教育性质的，参赛者不得在比赛中穿着暴露的服装。
17. 使用道具需事先获得主办方批准（椅子、帽子、包等）。然而，严禁使用粉末、凝胶、闪光粉、彩纸、喷雾剂或液体等道具。
18. 主办方保留使用比赛期间所制作的任何摄影、录像或其他媒体记录的权利，用于任何合法目的，包括但不限于商业广告、宣传及类似活动的市场营销。
19. 对于比赛期间发生的任何伤害，主办方不承担任何责任。
20. 主办方保留未经事先通知修改规则和规定的权利。
21. 评审团的决定为最终决定。不接受任何通信或进一步讨论。

Judges：

1. Pop pop Qian from VRP crew

- Popping dancer and with 11 years of teaching junior 2. Ezra from Kollectiv & Team Seven -a well-established choreographer and dancer in Malaysia's dance scene. Representing Team7Slay and Kollectiv, Ezra has years of experience and success under his belt.

-Gaining recognition with his numerous choreographies and movement direction work for artists such as DOLLA, XONE, Alfred Sun, Ayda Jebat, Shiha Zikir and more. 3. Dylan Chyo from UNC - In the dance industry for more than 15 years, more than 10 times judging, compete more than 30 times, from Malaysia to USA, battle, showcase, in the education of dance industry for more than 10 years.
