SEGi x EVIS #EVISMYDREAMDESK

1. This competition is open for all SEGI students and staff only (“the Participant”).

2. Video submitted by the Participant should be his/her own original content and should not be copied from any online/offline platform. In case of any copyright issue occurring during or after the competition, the Participant will be solely responsible.

3. Videos that portray or include inappropriate and/or offensive elements are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.

4. By entering this competition, the Participant agrees to transfer, surrender his/her rights including moral rights, right of attribution, interest, title, claim, copyright, whatsoever, in terms of the Copyright Act to EVISTM and shall not have any claim.

5. After submitted or nature in and to the work/design/creative (hereinafter referred to as Materials) and that all rights including profits/benefits/commercial value arising therefrom, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the EVISTM in perpetuity.

6. By above covenants, EVISTM has the rights to redesign, edit, produce, sell, display and publish the corresponding video/content.

7. The Participant is required to feature EVISTM product(s) in his/her video content according to the required format before submitting. The logo for EVISTM could be found in the link here:

8. The Participant is advised to keep track of the submission date and result announcements. After the submission deadline, no entries will be considered. Competition Timeline is subject to change based on casing production period.

9. The Participant must purchase the free registration ticket first to complete the registration process.

10. All video submissions (raw file) must be uploaded to the Participant’s personal Instagram account and emailed to chris-kueh@evis.com.my Subsequently, the Participant is required to Share and Tag @evismalaysia, and hashtag #evismydreamdesk & #evisxsegi2022.

11. The Participant should explain EVISTM products on their post, invite friends and family to like the video and share.

12. The winner will be selected based on the number of views, likes, comments and shares.

13. EVISTM reserves the rights to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. EVIS reserves the rights at any time to replace any participant and/or winner subsequently found to be disqualified for any reason.
