Front Desk:
· Greet, welcome, and direct customers appropriately at front desk
· Answering of incoming calls, texts and attend to email enquiry.
· Attending to walk-in customer’s enquiries on promotions.
· Registering all customers entering to the clinic via the system.
· Booking and follow up with all appointment bookings.
· Coordinating physician consultation and therapist treatment process.
· Invoicing and processing of claim documents.
· Dispensary of medicine.
· Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
· Managing internal administrative duties.
· Inventory checking & Stock ordering.
Consultation & After-Treatment Sales:
• Provide professional consultation on TCM treatment services and packages.
• Follow up on consultation with customers after treatment experience.
• Drive sales to meet sales targets and sales performance KPI.
• Ambassador for our brand, products and services.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of working experience in Beauty / Aesthetic Clinic/ Massage or Therapy / SPA / Clinic Sales Operations/ Front Desk/ Customer Consultant & related field is required for this position
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
• Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team
• Fast-paced and collaborative working style
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Demonstrating high professional standards, personal commitment and passion for the brand
• Advance computer skills
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Result-driven and get motivated by bringing in sales to the company.
• Comfortable in handling mobile phone, email enquiries in English.
• A Fast learner (Training Will Be provided)
