Role Purpose

The Digital Content Creator is responsible for developing creative and engaging content that increases brand visibility, audience engagement, and customer conversions across digital channels. This role plays a critical part in building online communities, enhancing brand storytelling, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

• Develop content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.

• Produce short-form videos, reels, product showcases, and promotional content.

• Develop compelling copywriting and storytelling materials that resonate with target audiences.

Social Media Content Management

• Plan and manage content calendars across multiple digital platforms.

• Schedule and publish content according to campaign timelines.

• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding.

• Monitor community engagement and audience feedback.

Content Production

• Participate in content shoots and creative productions.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

• Generate fresh content ideas based on consumer trends and market developments.

• Create content that supports sales campaigns and product launches.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor content performance using digital analytics tools.

• Track engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Recommend improvements to content strategies based on performance insights.

• Stay updated on emerging content and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and content management tools.

• Basic photography and video editing knowledge is an advantage.
