 Role Purpose

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms. The role ensures smooth operations across marketplaces, drives online revenue growth, improves customer shopping experiences, and maximizes product visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations of company official website.

• Create and maintain accurate product listings.

• Ensure pricing, inventory, and product information remain updated.

• Coordinate marketplace campaigns and promotional activities.

Sales Growth & Optimization

• Monitor online sales and marketplace performance.

• Analyze customer purchasing trends and behaviours.

• Implement strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates.

• Support revenue growth initiatives.

Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams.

• Monitor order processing and fulfilment performance.

• Resolve inventory discrepancies and fulfilment issues.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with marketplace account managers.

• Participate in major online sales campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Monitor GMV, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or E-Commerce.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with marketplace seller center systems.
