 Role Purpose

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual and multimedia content that supports the company's branding, marketing campaigns, e-commerce operations, and corporate communications. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer engagement through compelling creative assets across both digital and offline platforms.

The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, content, and management teams to develop innovative visual solutions that strengthen brand identity and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Development

• Design creative materials for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce marketplaces.

• Create visual concepts that communicate marketing messages effectively and align with business objectives.

• Develop multimedia content including motion graphics, animated videos, interactive content, and presentations.

• Produce creative assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.

• Ensure design quality and consistency across all communication channels.

Brand & Visual Identity Management

• Maintain and uphold the company's visual identity and branding standards.

• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines.

• Support the development of new branding initiatives and creative campaigns.

• Continuously enhance brand presentation through innovative design approaches.

Multimedia Production

• Design graphics, banners, infographics, email marketing visuals, and digital advertisements.

• Develop visual assets for online marketplaces and social media platforms.

• Assist in basic video editing, animation, and motion graphic production.

• Create presentation materials for internal and external business purposes.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements.

• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Coordinate revisions based on stakeholder feedback.

• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design and multimedia capabilities.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
