Description

• To support sales department, handle customer’s enquiry

• To do booking, enquiry rates and sailing schedule from carrier

• To do console planning

• To co-ordinate with various department to ensure service efficiency that meet’s customer’s expectation

• Any other duties as directed by Head of Department (HOD)

Requirement

• Able to converse English and Mandarin

• Computer literate and able to use MS office

• Good interpersonal skills
