Responsibilities

·       Handle day to day operations duties on online bookings received.

·       Responsible for customer care service.

·       Handle calls and messages pertaining to product information and sales enquiries.

·       Issuing and provide service voucher to customers on time.

·       Manage online bookings in the case of date changing, cancellation and refund.

Requirements:

·       Candidate must possess at least Diploma level in related field.

·       Required verbal and written language(s): English , Bahasa Melayu

·       Basic computer and MS Excel skill

·       Adapts well to change, fast learner, and driven personality
