Job Description: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Gambit Group, you will create visually appealing designs that support our brand across various platforms.

You’ll be responsible for designing marketing collateral, digital assets, and event materials that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

-       Create visually appealing graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and other materials.

-       Ensure all designs are consistent with our branding guidelines and aesthetic.

-       Liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.

2. Photography/Videography:

-       Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing materials and campaigns, including engaging videos for social media posting on feed, story & reels.

-       Edit photos and videos to produce polished final products and manage the digital media library, maintaining an organized archive of photographs.

3. Social Media

-       Design visuals for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and assist in online marketing campaigns with graphics for ads, banners, and promotions.

-       Manage the schedule of social media postings to ensure consistent and relevant content.

4. Event Support

-       Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and buntings.

-       Liaise with printing vendors once designs are approved to ensure high-quality production.

-       Communicate with partners, & stakeholders to organize and manage physical marketing events

Requirements:

-       Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Media, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.

-       1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with consideration for less experienced designers who have a strong portfolio.

-       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier Pro)

-       Strong photography & videography planning, directing, and editing skills are preferred.

-       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Plus Points:

-       Familiarity with data visualization and creating infographics.

-       Experience with motion graphics and animation.

-       Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing software)

-       Understanding or experience of blockchain or Web3.0
