Fast-track your journey to Assistant Manager in 12 months!

The BAR°N Wine Restaurant Bar (non-halal) established more than 10 years ago and to date they have close to 10 outlets nationwide. Joining our 12 months Management Trainee Programme allows you to take a deep dive with job rotations within a restaurant operation from Front of House to Back of House with in-depth learning and exposure in managing the profitability of an outlet.

Successful incumbers who complete this programme will pursue their role as Assistant Manager in area of their passion and career interest.

The 12-months programme consists of:

Ø Back of House (3 months)

Ø Front of House (3 months)

Ø Management duties (3 months)

Ø Acting Outlet Manager (3 months)

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree holder of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management

· Proficiency in English and Malay

· People person, fast pace, resourceful, committed, creative.
