Roles & Responsibilities
The Academic Consultant is being responsible for the promotion and sales of the courses through telephone
Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing new student enrolment numbers
In charge of assigned market and responsible for achieving revenue targets.
Assist in the planning execution of local recruitment and branding events, such as roadshows, open house, and education fairs
Follow up on leads through sales visits, email and telephone sales call
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Building and maintaining a customer management database.
Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels other than recruitment agent channel
Assisting in other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Fresh graduates, young and vibrant candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently.
Willing to travel and work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transportation.
