Position: Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Assistant to Accountant
To handle full set of accounts
Assist with daily accounting matters including daily transactions, account payable, account receivable and general ledger.
Assist to Prepare, organize, and record invoices, billing & monthly statement to customers.
Process staff claims.
Assist in coordinating the yearly audit exercises and preparing the Audited Financial Statement with adjustment and field audit.
Handling of month-end payroll process
Assist in other ad-hoc accounting functions when required.
Handling office management, and general office administration duties.
Job Requirements:
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma/ Degree with major in Accountancy.
No prior working experience is required.
