Tasks for intern / part-timers

1. Making phone calls, sending emails and follow up calls on

a. Graduates and alumni subscription enrolment

b. Existing members’ subscription renewal

2. Inviting members and non-members to attend thought leadership, networking and social events

3. Data entry, update and clean up database

4. Collating, summarizing, analysing feedback / survey results

5. Assist in administrative activities including carrying out research as and when required

6. Any other ad hoc task as advice from time to time

Requirement

1. Minimum qualification Diploma in any field

2. Meticulous, analytical and punctual

3. Able to converse in English

4. Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Zoom

5. Multi-tasking

6. Not afraid of talking to strangers

Target Field: Business, Administration, Marketing, IT, Education

Local and International Students are welcome to apply

Allowance Range: RM800 – RM1000

No. of Interns needed: 2 (with option open for discussion to students who cannot commit to 5 working day / week)

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.45pm
