JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB SCOPE

INTERN: E-COMMERCE SUPPORT AND ORDER PROCESSING OFFICER

A brief job function of an e-commerce Support & Order Processing Officer is listed as below for reference.

Key Focus Area:

• Process all incoming orders from e-commerce / digital / marketing team in a timely and accurate manner. You are required to also process order on weekend (working from home) should the need arises.

• Carry out order processing procedures and ensure all SOP are followed strictly.

• Ensure smooth execution from order, book to deliver/ship by working closely with cross functional teams (i.e. sales/e-commerce, marketing, packer, warehouse and logistic department).

• Act as the key point of contact in processing customers’ orders and manage general order enquiries.

• Update order and delivery status on website back-end accordingly.

• Answering customer enquiry related to online order, delivery status and tracking of parcel.

• Responsible to track and process claim on any missing or damaged parcel.

• Support e-commerce and digital marketing team occasionally should the need arises.

Business Unit: La gourmet and JY Malaysia (Website and any market place)

Additional Assistance

• Support and assist Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing team on some paper work such as creating and processing PO or relevant documentation.

• Support for marketing material/tools and subsidies support for Live Show activities

Basic Requirement

• Must be able to converse and write in Mandarin, Malay & English.
