Role and Responsibilities
Social media executives brainstorm, generate, and release content on each of a given company's social media accounts.
• Research industry-related topics
• Create ideas for various content types (writing, image, and videos) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
• Publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video, etc.) on various social media platforms as per schedule in the social media content calendar.
• Knowledge of basic editing such as Canva and CapCut.
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries (PM) and comments.
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends
• Best to have some experience with running paid media advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of social media paid advertisement
Requirement
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of social media platforms.
• Very social media savvy; a good ‘trend-spotter’
• Motivated and fast learner
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment, ability to handle stress and cop with Ad Hoc Project
• Good sense of art and style, have basic knowledge on design and video editing skill
Qualifications
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Possess Diploma / Degree in marketing or a related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
Preferred Skills
• Good knowledge on platform: Facebook / Instagram / Tik Tok
• Photo and video-editing experience
• Social media management experience
